This page explains what data medicapartsrus.com receives, what it is used for, which services it is passed to, and what you can ask us to do with it. It describes only mechanisms that actually run on this site.

▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓ 1. Who we are and how to reach us

medicapartsrus.com is a catalogue site for medical equipment spare parts and accessories: sensors, modules, gas sampling lines, cables and electrodes used with patient monitors, anesthesia machines and similar equipment. The site is informational: there is no registration, no customer account area, and no on-site payment.

Any question about personal data (including a request to delete it) can be sent by email to [email protected], or message the Telegram bot @GEpartsV_bot. The owner of medicapartsrus.com is the controller of this data.

Inquiries and order communication run over Telegram or email — see section 2.1.

▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓ 2. What data we collect

2.1 Information you give us

When you contact us through the Telegram bot or by email, we receive what you write in the message — typically:

how you would like to be addressed;
how to reply to you: email, phone or a messaging account;
the name of your company or medical institution;
the inquiry itself: part number (PN) or equipment model, quantity, and your question;
for an order, the details needed to ship and invoice (consignee, delivery address, invoicing information).

No field is mandatory: you only need to give what is necessary to answer you and complete an order. Conversations on Telegram travel through the Telegram service (see section 4); email arrives in the [email protected] mailbox.

2.2 Technical data on visits (our own server-side statistics)

We keep our own server-side visit statistics and do not rely on a third-party counter. Each page load records one row with the fields below — the names match the columns in our database:

visitora de-identified identifier: IP address, User-Agent, the current date and a site-specific secret are concatenated and hashed with SHA-256; we keep the first 16 hexadecimal characters. The result cannot be reversed

About the visitor field: the raw IP address is never written to the database — it is used only at the moment the hash is computed. The hash rotates daily, so it cannot link your visits across different days. In other words, this statistics cannot identify who you are.

Names, email addresses, phone numbers and the content of your messages are not stored in these statistics — those fields simply do not exist in the table. Requests from search engine and AI crawlers are excluded so the numbers reflect real visitors.

We also see the server requests made by search and AI crawlers (User-Agent, path, response status, country) in order to check whether the site is indexed. That is a technical log and contains no visitor data.

2.3 Data on contact link clicks

If you click a Telegram or email link on a page, we record the click itself. The recorded fields are only:

The purpose is to know which pages actually lead to inquiries. Repeat clicks by the same visitor within one minute are counted once. Your message content is not recorded here (nor whether you sent one) — only that a click happened on a page. The table also has reserved types for WhatsApp and phone; the site does not currently use those link types, so no such records are produced.

2.4 Yandex Metrica counter

The site pages run a Yandex Metrica counter (ID 109142170) with click maps, outbound link tracking, accurate bounce rate and Webvisor (session recording) enabled. This is a third-party analytics service and the related data is processed on its side.

The counter may record: the addresses of pages visited, the referrer, browser, device and screen information, a rough location derived from the IP address, and — with those options enabled — where you click on a page (click map) and how you interact within a page (Webvisor session recording).

We do not pass names, email addresses, phone numbers or message content to Metrica. Counter data is processed by Yandex under its own terms — see the official Yandex Metrica documentation.

On the English pages of this site the counter is not loaded until you agree: a small banner asks whether analytics cookies may be used, your answer is stored in your browser, and the counter loads only after an explicit "Accept". Choosing "Decline" leaves the site fully usable and only our own cookie-free statistics (section 2.2) keep working. You can change your answer at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser; the banner will then ask again.

answer your inquiry and find a part by part number (PN) or equipment model;
quote a price and confirm price, stock and shipping method;
fulfil the order and follow up: questions, complaints, warranty and technical support;
improve the site: see which pages help and where visitors cannot find the part they need;
keep the site available and secure: defend against attacks, automated spam traffic and overload.

We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it.

We do not sell data and do not provide it for third parties' own marketing. The services that actually take part in processing are the ones that keep the site and our communication running:

Vercelsite hosting. To operate and protect the service it keeps technical request logs that include IP addresses.

Cloudflarethe CDN and attack-protection layer in front of the site; it handles requests and passes the IP-derived country and the visitor IP address to the site (the latter is used only to compute the visitor hash)

Supabasethe database holding the statistics described above; only we have access

Yandex LLCthe Yandex Metrica service described in section 2.4

Telegramif you message the Telegram bot @GEpartsV_bot, the message and the information in it are processed by Telegram under its own rules; we only see what you send. Public channel: t.me/Medicaparts

email service 163.commail you send to [email protected] and our replies are delivered and stored by that email service. Its servers are located in mainland China, so mail is stored outside the EU/EEA by that provider

When you contact us through a messenger or email, the data reaches that service because of your own action; we do not export data into it additionally.

▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓ 5. Cookies and visit statistics

We use no advertising or profiling cookies, no ad network or social platform pixels, and the site has no Google Analytics-style system.

Our own visit statistics (section 2.2) use no cookies: they are computed on the server and write nothing to your browser.
Cookies may be written by the Yandex Metrica counter (section 2.4), which needs them for visit statistics, click maps and Webvisor. On the English pages this counter is not loaded until you accept it in the consent banner, so no analytics cookie is set before you answer. Choosing "Decline", or blocking these cookies in your browser, leaves the parts catalogue and contact links fully available.
Logging into the internal admin area uses one technical cookie. That area is open only to our own staff and is disallowed in robots.txt; it is unrelated to visitors.

Fonts and images are served from our own domain, so page loads make no separate requests to Google Fonts servers.

▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓ 6. How long data is kept

Communication records and order details for a given inquiry are kept long enough to answer it, fulfil the order and handle follow-up questions, then deleted or de-identified.
Visit statistics (the de-identified hash and technical fields from sections 2.2 and 2.3) are kept in aggregate form to analyse how the site runs. They contain no name, email address or phone number.
Where the law requires certain records to be kept longer, we keep them for the required period.

The exact period depends on the nature of the inquiry. You can ask us what data we hold about you, as described in section 7.

to know what data we hold about you;
to have inaccurate data corrected;
to have data deleted — we will delete it unless we are legally required to keep it;
to switch off analytics counters and cookies in your own browser.

How to exercise them: send an email to [email protected], or message the Telegram bot @GEpartsV_bot. We will respond and, where necessary, correct or delete the data.

We do not sell personal data and do not provide it for third parties' own marketing. The site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data about children.
